Job Responsibilities:

Take requests, review approval documents, and ensure all details remain in compliance.

See that loans are approved by the proper parties.
Clearly establish labors and expectations throughout the process.
Conduct lean searches; do due diligence on outstanding lean issues.
Process loans through Laser Pro Document Preparation Software.
Work directly with attorneys to close loans.

Interact with Relationship Managers and assistants in the bank.
Coordinate closings and work through closing dates.
Other compliance responsibilities as needed by guidelines.
