Job Description:
A company is looking for an HHG Clearings/SIT Assistant
responsible for scheduling drivers' routes and ensuring timely
deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in scheduling loads for delivery and assigning them to
drivers or carriers based on inventory levels and needs
Reconcile drivers' work to ensure completion as scheduled and
update system orders and customer inventory as needed
Support ticket/data entry and record statistics and driver
performance, while handling customer service overflow calls
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of relevant experience in the GHC/military move industry is
preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Proficient with basic computer skills and MS Office
Former Military Transportation/MilMove HHG experience is highly
preferred
