This position is to support the ACC/A3M which is the MAJCOM division lead responsible for multi-role ISR policy and doctrine, maintenance of system operational configuration, development of CONOPs documents, coordination of operational plan taskings specific to the managed weapon systems, development of Air Force TTPs, proper execution of ISR procedures as established by authoritative guidance, and oversight of UTC management and Air Force Forces (AFFOR) readiness. What you'll be doing: * Perform information management and administrative support for the division chief and deputy; maintain division chief and deputy's office calendars; monitor organizational box; assign taskers to correct OPR; and receive telephone calls ascertaining the nature of the calls. * Manage and create all travel requests for the division chief and deputies through the Defense Travel System (DTS). Assist in filing travel vouchers through DTS. * In/Out process personnel to or from the division. * Providing telephone and receptionist services * Maintaining records of leave and attendance * Requisitioning office supplies, repairs on office equipment, and printing services * Reserving rooms for meetings * Filing material and maintaining office filing systems * Receiving and controlling incoming correspondence * Reviewing outgoing correspondence, reports, etc., for format, grammar, and punctuation, and removing typographical errors * Writing simple or repetitive, non-technical correspondence such as letters of acknowledgment in accordance with a given format * Performing typing, stenographic, or transcribing duties * Keeping abreast of various procedural requirements, for example, procedures required to process travel vouchers * Maintaining information needed for budget purposes * Making extensive travel arrangements; fully trained in Defense Travel System (DTS). * Making complete arrangements for large conferences * Composing complex, but non-technical correspondence; locating and assembling information for various reports, briefings, conferences, etc. * Following up with staff members to insure that various commitments made at conferences and meetings are met * Designing and organizing filing systems * Planning and arranging the maintenance and preparation of information needed for budget reports * Organizing the flow of clerical processes in the office and in subordinate offices What you will need to have: -- * Possess an active Secret (S) Clearance * Possess an Associate degree and a minimum of five years information management experience in military and civilian personnel functions and records management to include Military Personnel Data System (MILPDS), Records Information Management System (RIMS), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), or equivalent systems. * Possess a minimum three years of experience in military personnel mobility program management and ancillary training management. How to stand out: -- * Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and a minimum of ten years information management experience in military and civilian personnel functions and records management to include Military Personnel Data System (MILPDS), Records Information Management System (RIMS), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), or equivalent systems. * Possess a minimum six years of experience in military personnel mobility program management and ancillary training management.
