Function as a technical subject matter expert on AOC Network
Administration for an information processing organization that
provides field level support for AOC operations including:
184.108.40.206.1 Provide operational, training, mentoring, and technical
assistance for installation, configuration, and maintenance of
communications systems and networks supporting the AOC Weapon
220.127.116.11.2 Plan internal OSC network to include routers, switches
18.104.22.168.3 Monitor and control networks, available bandwidth, and
hardware and software resources.
22.214.171.124.4 Activate circuits, execute end-to-end troubleshooting for
circuit and network outages, and coordinate with any external
entities (such as theater J6s, AOC sites and NOSCs) as
126.96.36.199.5 Maintain audiovisual processing and distribution
equipment and infrastructure within the Ryan Center.
188.8.131.52.6 Analyze, manage and perform maintenance on Classified and
Unclassified unit controlled networks/network segments IAW all
applicable DoD, USAF, and SPO policies.
184.108.40.206.7 Implement and enforce national, DoD, and Air Force
security policies to protect networks from internal and external
threats (including perimeter security system (PSS), boundary
security system (BSS), and Information Server Environment (ISSE)
guard as required). Work closely with other Network Administrators
to ensure standardization among other AOCs.
220.127.116.11.8 Install, configure, upgrade security hardware and perform
security intrusion assessments, in coordination with cybersecurity
18.104.22.168.9 Monitor C2 system network capabilities and limitations.
Configure network hardware and software to specifications.
22.214.171.124.10 Participate in Development Test and Evaluation
(DT&E) and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of C2
network systems and new technologies when directed by the
126.96.36.199.11 Assist with development and evaluation of training
plans, and training related to AOC network administration.
188.8.131.52.12 Provide on-site support to research and development
efforts relating to the AOC Weapon System and/or C2 system
integration, operation, and testing in support of trouble ticket
resolution as well as test and exercise events. Support will be on
an ad hoc basis and may require OCONUS/CONUS travel.
184.108.40.206 Represent the OSC, when required by the Government, at
meetings regarding network administration issues.
220.127.116.11 Provide trouble ticket management, coordination, and
resolution as a member of a global AOC/C2 system help desk.

188.8.131.52 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. The Contractor shall
provide personnel that meet the following qualifications: REQUIRED
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, CERTIFICATIONS 184.108.40.206.1 Bachelor?s degree from
an accredited institution with a minimum of five (5) years of
experience (seven (7) without bachelor?s degree) in network
administration positions. At least three (3) years of experience
must be on Air Force owned/operated networks.
220.127.116.11.2 Familiarity with Cisco IOS, NX-OS, VMware Networking, and
NetApp FC storage networking.
18.104.22.168.3 At contract start, contractor shall possess
certification(s) in accordance with DoD Manual 8570.01-M (or its
replacement), commensurate to IAT LVL II as well as at least one
Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, or Cisco CCIE certification.
22.214.171.124.4 Completion of the Air Operations Center Initial
Qualification Network Administrator course (AOCIQTNET), when
provided by the Government. 126.96.36.199.5 Experience supporting AOC
operations within classified environments to include SIPRNet and
