Austin 18.75 - 26.92 USD per hour

We're looking for an Analyst to join our growing team here at
Indeed.
As a Trust & Safety Operational Support Analyst, you are
responsible for protecting the integrity of Indeed's products by
working in a team dedicated to monitoring the accuracy and
precision of Indeed's moderation processes. You will use these
insights to optimize workflows and processes, identify efficiency
opportunities, develop scalable solutions for workflows and build
out strategies while working cross-functionally with other
departments to make product and tool improvements that will shape
the future of moderation at Indeed. -
You should be comfortable when asked to perform in-depth analysis
and research in a competent and efficient manner. You are able to
present your ideas in a clear and succinct way. Once your analysis
is complete, you are undaunted by developing, communicating, and
implementing a plan that may include sweeping product or policy
changes. You recognize exploitations of or gaps in products,
policies, and standards, and proactively work toward filling those
gaps via product and/or policy revision. You are capable of
managing end to end projects associated with departmental goals
with a strategic mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigate daily incoming escalations and requests using
multiple platforms and tools; providing a timely resolution and
responding to inquiries received from various stakeholders
- Communicate with your peers and cross-functional partners
regarding issues, escalations, workflows, projects, and
initiatives
- Identify trending issues with our processes and build out action
plans to tackle them
- Challenge the status quo working collaboratively as well as
independently on projects focused on operational improvement
- Utilize Tableau or similar internal tools to create
visualizations of data and make suggestions based on the
analysis
- Identify opportunities to create thoughtful content knowledge
based articles
- Flex into new workflows beyond your initial scope of work
- Consider the job seeker experience in every facet of your
work
WHO YOU ARE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a Trust & Safety related space is highly preferred

- Experience working in a high volume queue based environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to deliver
clear and succinct interpretations of data in a manner accessible
to all relevant Indeed teams
- Self-starter, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in
a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to quickly identify patterns and trends across seemingly
unrelated content -
- Capability to validate and explain trends and results compared to
outlined success metrics
- Must be organized, positive, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative
problem-solving skills
- Experience working within a company that has a user generated
content environment preferred

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed
salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending
on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and
performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's
total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include
quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time
Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
