Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (some flexibility required)
• Pay Rate: negotiable on experience Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Description:
  • Tracking inventory across product lines to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels
  • Coordinating orders and imports from overseas suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining daily/weekly production schedules
  • Allocating materials, machinery, and labor to support timely production
  • Ensuring raw material availability in collaboration with procurement and warehousing
  • Monitoring workflows and adjusting schedules for unexpected delays or changes
  • Analyzing data to identify process improvements and reduce bottlenecks
  • Communicating cross-functionally with sales, logistics, quality, and external partners
  • Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with safety/quality standards Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's a plus)
    • 2-3 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or production scheduling
    • ERP and inventory management software experience
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and forecasting skills
    • Collaborative and proactive communicator
