  • Optimize Fleet Performance - Develop and oversee initiatives that enhance fleet efficiency, utilization, and cost savings while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Align with Business Objectives - Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate fleet operations with broader company strategy, ensuring seamless supply chain execution and competitive advantage.Operational Excellence & Compliance
    • Implement Best Practices - Establish and enforce industry-leading standards for fleet management, vehicle maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
    • Leverage Data & Technology - Utilize analytics and emerging technologies to enhance fleet tracking, cost analysis, and operational decision-making.Financial & Talent Management
      • Drive Cost Optimization - Conduct high-level budgeting, KPI development, and financial analysis to maximize fleet ROI and operational efficiency.
      • Build & Lead High-Performing Teams - Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier drivers and fleet professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
        • Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and 10+ years' of experience in Transportation or Logistics ; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
        • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development is required.
        • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
        • Ability to work through complex, unstructured problems.
        • Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats.
        • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Transportation Management tools.
        • High level of organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
        • Strong negotiation skills.
        • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
        • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
