We are seeking experienced customer service professionals for
permanent employment with a fortune 500 company based in Hampton.
If you have a minimum of 2 years experience of customer service or
account management, an outstanding telephone manner and the ability
to think on your feet to manage and resolve any issues that may
arise, then this may be the position for you.
- Fluent English (Written, Spoken, Reading).
- College Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years customer service in a B2B environment.
- Problem solving experience with ability to make sound
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet required time
- Experience working with multiple departments to resolve customer
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Minimum of intermediate level computer literacy (knowledge of
Windows software-Outlook, Excel, Word)
