Responsibilities of a Client Account Manager Involve: Build a
robust sales pipeline to secure new clients and consistently
achieve monthly sales targets. Collaborate with pre-sales and
post-sales teams to strengthen customer relationships, provide
effective solutions, and drive increased revenue. Develop a deep
understanding of Verizon’s diverse tech offerings, including Fiber
Optic, Small Business Voice Solutions, WiFi, Internet Backup,
Static IP, Security, and Premium Tech Support. Proactively identify
and pursue Small Business opportunities within a designated DMA
through direct, door-to-door engagement and persistent follow-up
with potential customers. Maximize revenue per sale by
strategically adding Value-Added Services to our core product
offerings.
