We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, go-getter to join our Sales Team as an Inside Sales Representative . This role will be focused on relationship building, developing new business opportunities through lead generation, and maintaining current client relationships while guiding them through the sales process. Primary Duties: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the designated market Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Requirements: Prior experience in sales is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong ability to negotiate Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Work Environment: This role is on site in our Midlothian office. There is some remote flexibility offered for teammates. Some travel may be required from time to time.
